G-local is a show about global events among the locals from all over the world. This is the place that explores political, economic, cultural and social activities happening on local level in the world but has global audience.

The show is hosted by Adil Adenwala, a working journalist and a student of Master program for Global Journalism. It will include scholars, practitioners, professionals, youth or generally everyone who will discuss, debate and dialogue.

To keep it interesting the show will include interactive media like videos, pictures and other form of media creatively.

Kårspondenterna – Sveriges bästa radio program!?*

Trött på det vanliga radiobruset? Less på att höra samma gamla dynga dag ut och dag in. Då är dags att byta till Sveriges bästa radioprogram kårspondenterna! Välkommen till en värld utan(?) skitsnack där vi går rakt på sak och diskuterar de senaste händelserna på campus tillsammans med en skön blandning av våra egna favoritlåtar.

Singel-Johan

Vem är han? Vad är hans defekter som gör han singel? Eller är han helt enkelt den där perfekta killen som bara inte har hittat rätt tjej än? Singel-Johan är Kårspondenternas egna lilla kändis, hans singelstatus har lett han till radioprogrammet ”Fredagsflörten” i P3, han har blivit intervjuad av Lösnummer, det verkar som att inget kan stoppa han på hans väg mot stjärnorna!

Han städar, lagar mat, tvättar, har underbar humor och är en san familjeförsörjare, i alla fall om man får tro honom själv. Lyssna på programmet, ring in till showen och be om en dejt, blir du vald har du kanske möjlighet att få ta del av alla Singel-Johans förmåner!

När?

Varje torsdag klockan 17:00 fram till kl 1800 kör vi hårt i studion. Självklart kör vi live så alla som vill har möjlighet att ta kontakt med oss under programmets gång. Önska en låt eller bara prata lite skit, alla är välkomna till kårspondenternas värld. Och för dig som har missat detta fantastiska program, frukta ej! Vi kör repriser varje tisdag och söndag kl 16:00!

Welcome!

Here we will meet sedative rhythms in music spanning electronic and psychedelic spheres of sound. You can expect groovy basslines and organic harmonies. We will be excavating the deep realms of psychedelic music and occasionally dubstep and drum and base.

Be prepared for confusion and meditation in this musical endeavor.

Metal Hideout

There is a secret place in Örebro where you can find the best metal mixed with interviews and news.

In this Hideout, you will find Beardy Hannes sitting at the bar drinkin' the smokiest of Whiskies. Between his sips, he will tell you about the vast world of metal. He will guide you though the different landscapes of metal where Heavy, Trash, Death, Power, Progressive and Folk metal reigns. Famous Metal Gods will be mixed with local talents. Hannes also will bring you the latest news and present upcoming concerts. He also will interview artists, and if you listen to his interesting stories, he will give you whisky.

Tune in every Friday at 18:00-19:30

Programmet består av mycket musik som ofta hamnar under men icke är begränsat till kategorierna drone/noise/electro/electronica/punk /protopunk/postpunk/pop/lofi/glofi /chillwave/ambient/noisepop/noiserock/ noisepunk/artpunk/artrock/krautrock och drag.

Dessutom försöker jag prata lite om musiken och artisterna jag spelar där det kan tänkas vara intressant. Varje vecka har vi några återkommande inslag, däribland veckans genre och veckans lokala artist!

Det innebär att programmet är perfekt för en förfest!

Startstation är Motowntiden med den Northern Soul som fyllde de engelska dansgolven som slutdestination. På vägen finns inplanerade stopp i funk och disco och de vita sångarnas försök att göra Blue-Eyed Soul.
